2023 Chinese traditional holiday Dragon Boat Festival is coming, ILUMA organized all the staff to celebrate the festival.
Dragon Boat Festival is an ancient traditional festival of the Chinese nation. Traditional festival is a representative of Chinese traditional culture and is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese country. One of the origins of the Dragon Boat Festival is to commemorate the patriotic poet Qu Yuan. To celebrate the arrival of the Dragon Boat Festival and to make everyone feel the traditional festival, Chinese people will race dragon boats, eat zongzi, drink yellow wine, DIY tuan fan, make incense pouches, etc.

let employees quickly integrate into the collective, and enhance the
communication and feelings between employees, which is conducive to the healthy
development of the team and improve the team atmosphere. ILUMA celebrated the
arrival of the Dragon Boat Festival by organizing all employees to make zongzi
by hand and give them to their friends and relatives. In the collective
activity, all employees actively participated, experienced the traditional
festival atmosphere, enjoyed the fun of life, learned more about the specific
craft, and exercised their hands-on ability and learning ability in a relaxed
and cheerful environment.
Zongzi
production process:
1. purchase of materials: peanuts, raisins, red beans, red dates, sugar, soy sauce, glutinous rice; meat, etc.;
2. Apparatus preparation: containers for holding ingredients, spoons, 20cm cotton thread, scissors, etc.;
3. processing materials
Glutinous rice: soak in warm water and filter out the water.
Zongzi leaves: boil the leaves in water, boil the water for 10 minutes, remove and rinse in cold water, and trim the leaves.
Zongzi filling: half fat, half lean meat filling marinated with ingredients to use.
4. Wrap the Zongzi
(1) Fold the Zongzi leaves into a funnel shape.
(2) Put the right amount of glutinous rice, meat filling or other beans, and salted duck eggs in the funnel-shaped Zongzi leaves, according to personal taste.
(3) Press the sides of the Zongzi leaves with your thumb and index finger and press the leaves towards the glutinous rice side to form a triangle.
(4) Wrap the Zongzi leaves and tie them tightly with the prepared cotton thread.
(5) Steam cooking.
The employees wrapped the white glutinous rice grains with sweet dates, wrapped the green leaves, and finally wrapped the cotton thread, then the healthy Zongzi was done. Each employee carefully packed them and gave them to friends and relatives. To strengthen the festive atmosphere, the company also organized entertainment games, all employees actively participated happily in these games.
During this Dragon Boat Festival, all employees of ILUMA spent the festival together to enhance the intimate contact and mutual communication between everyone, and also each sent holiday greetings and spent the traditional festival in collective warmth.
